    Amore offers a premium two-man delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only†).

    All deliveries are carried out via our partner courier services. Once the item has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. The couriers will then get in touch with you prior to delivery to book in and inform you of your time slot as well.

    †To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery charge may apply to remote areas.

    Our delivery days

    Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.

    Delivery timelines

    FROM THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER : 

    We normally quote a standard delivery timing of 5-10 working days - Free of any additional charge

    And an express delivery timing of 4 - 7 working days - At an additional cost of £159

    Northern Ireland deliveries would incur an additional cost of £179 with delivery times of 2-3 weeks

    Please Note: Currently we are unable to provide assembly service to Northern Ireland Deliveries

    The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.

    Headboards, divan bases & mattresses

    Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 5 - 10 working days as standard shipping and 4 - 7 working days as express shipping. That's order receipt, manufacture & free delivery in a week.

    Beds & bedsteads

    Our handmade beds can take between 5 - 10 working days as standard shipping and 4 - 7 working days as express shipping, depending on the selected method.

    Delivery to remote areas

    We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with an extended delivery delay of up to 2 to 3 weeks. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround will be discussed at the time of ordering.

    Considering access

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

    It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

    If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please contact our Customer Services Team on 03301330018.

    Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you. You may, even at this early stage, be given a delivery date and 4-hour slot at order confirmation.

    Nevertheless, you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.

    Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.

    We are sticklers for quality. Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.

    Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after our  team have either delivered or unwrapped and assembled your handmade items. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.

    If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.
