The staff at Amore were excellent in helping us choose our bed set-up for our new house. The bed was delivered on time and the team carried all the boxes up to the bedroom as requested. The product was relatively easy to build with really good instructions. It is really sturdy and we are so pleased with it.
Well where do i start, i had a super king bed + mattress delivered from Amore a few days ago, Delivery team where very professional and got the bed assembled very quickly to the place i wanted it. Thank you for a quick and easy process. From the start when I ordered my fabric samples, these were sent on the same day. I received a call from customer services to confirm my order was all correct, I wanted to change my fabric colour and this was changed with no problem at all. I received my order within 2 weeks and it was assembled by two gents.
Excellent customer service from choosing the samples, to ordering and then delivery. When so many companies are letting their service standards slip Amore are proving it can be done despite the Covid problems. I cannot recommend Amore enough. The bed is understated luxury. The staff were amazingly good and delivery guys incredibly kind.
This bed looks even better in real than in the pictures. Processing is very good and we had nothing to complain about. The assembly was done very quickly as they seem to know exactly what they were doing. Would buy this bed again and again, it makes a very high quality impression in the bedroom.
