We are the makers. Every order is handmade by our experienced staff at our facility in West Yorkshire. We are also online only. This approach reduces overheads and margin costs usually associated with middle-men retailers. Excellent service throughout. After I submitted the order, a representative called me to ensure I had chosen the right material and sent me some samples of material just in case. The bed and headboard are superbly made with a really strong base to the storage areas. The order was completed quite quickly, considering these items are built to order and guys who delivered and assembled the bed on site were excellent.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordered samples and received them promptly plus extra fabrics. Ordered easily, received a prompt confirmation call. Delivery date agreed over the phone, amazing tracking on the day. First class delivery experience. To top it all off we had a slight bespoke request, we wanted the headboard to be without its outer border and WOW ! it wasn't a problem for them at all!! The bed, and mattress are all fabulous, looks amazing, brilliant quality and so comfortable. Thank you Amore.
Excellent service, Amore re-scheduled my delivery slightly at short notice which was really helpful and delivery was spot on time. So pleased with the service from Amore! I placed my order and recieved a confirmation email to check my order, which was great so I could go through everything. I ordered this bed in the Soft Plush Velvet Grey with a 54 inch headboard and ottoman storage. Our delivery was booked in efficiently by the admin staff and the couriers gave us a call on the day when they were 30 minutes away. I assembled the bed myself and it was easy to put together. Overall great experience, very stress free from start to finish, which was great as I've just moved into my new house. Thank you!
