I had a great experience with this furniture company from start to finish. I ordered a bed while I was in the middle of moving, so timing was really important to me. I contacted customer support on a Saturday to check on the delivery, and they responded straight away and reassured me that everything was on track.
Not only did the bed arrive on time, it actually arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a brilliant surprise. I was kept updated throughout the entire process from the moment I placed the order, so I always knew what was happening.
The bed itself is excellent quality and exactly as described. Amazing customer service, great communication, and a fantastic product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
