I stumbled across the website as couldn’t find the bed style we had set our hearts on anywhere. After getting a fabric sample we ordered online & the bed was delivered by the couriers to the room it was to be installed in. We assembled the bed ourselves & it was simple, with the build quality very good. We would definitely recommend for customer service & quality of product. Rob Parker (Stockport)
I needed more information about a product. What I needed to know was not on the website. I used the online chat facility to ask for the info I needed. Rosie picked up my query and said she would contact the supplier for an answer and then telephone me. This is what she did in a timely manner. She was friendly on the phone and gave me the information I had asked for. Excellent, well done, I placed my order.
Amore are fantastic. Customer service prior to ordering was first class and no matter how many questions always responded positively and quickly. Then leading up to delivery they kept me informed. On install day the team was careful polite and friendly and while the overall bedroom still needs work my bed is hotel quality and amazing thanks

Really, really happy with the bed and the service. We had so many samples delivered until we found our perfect colour and fabric style. The bed was easy to order, we had a follow up call the next day to confirm we'd ordered the right things, and then the bed got delivered within the time suggested. The delivery chaps were brilliant too.
Was very worried about ordering on line , need not have worried. the customer service was excellent , answering my many questions. adjusting the size of bed at a reasonable size. On arrival the chaps who delivered it were very nice , doing a demonstration before they left. I had an amazing sleep . The mattress is really comfortable .
