We purchased a gorgeous bed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We first ordered free fabric samples, which made it easy to choose the perfect rich cream colour. Shortly after, the delivery team contacted us to arrange a convenient date. The delivery was fast and seamless, and the team assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. Truly professional service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The bed looks and feels really luxurious! I recommend using the free fabric sample service as some of the fabrics can flash different in real lighting. This service was so quick and allowed me to make the right decision for me for the fabric and colour. The customisation options were really great and I opted for the 60inch headboard split into 2 pieces so it could be transported via the stairways in my home. You cannot see the split as this is at mattress level so looks really effective. Although the wrong sized headboard came originally this was soon rectified with prompt redelivery within 3 days all the while with customer services maintaining excellent contact to keep me up to date on progress. The bed assembly service was also another life saver! All in all recommend and would order again!
Well can't compliment the company enough, initially ordered a headboard that was too high for my room!!, contacted the customer service who replaced the bottom piece ( at a cost but can't Complain as it was my fault). After 2 weeks after reordering, I,have my long awaited bed!! Would definitely order again from this company

So I originally ordered a bed with another furniture store in Jan this year. After 10 weeks of not having my bed arrive I thought enough is enough and took to the internet to find another company. I came across Amore and after reading all the rave reviews, I bit the bullet and placed an order for a bed with Amore and cancelled with the other furniture store. Within 24 hours I was called by an Amore rep to confirm my order, it was great as this is what I’ve read in other reviews. The lead time for my bed was 2-4 weeks which I was fine with. However, 5 days later I was emailed to confirm I could take delivery of my bed the following week! I was completely amazed with the turnaround time. The delivery took place on the day as agreed. The two gents turned up bright and early and had the bed put together in 30/45 mins. The product was exactly as described and is of a very good quality. It’s well built, I love the fabric and colour (ordered free swatches before hand). What’s even more crazy is that in the time ordered and had the bed delivered, the other company I originally ordered hadn’t even managed to refund me in that time! Amore are great, and I’d definitely buy from them again.
Ordered a bed from Amore and couldn't be more pleased with the service. A few days after ordering, I received a call confirming the model, size, and fabric. I was given a delivery date (just a few weeks!) and told I could expect a call the day before giving a more specific time. Sure enough, received a call giving a more specific time, and another call from the delivery team when they were 30 minutes away. This helped me sort my morning calls and other duties. The two gentlemen who moved the bed in also set it up and took away all the rubbish. They took off their shoes without being asked and manoeuvred the pieces (it was a super king) around all our corners with nary a scratch on the wall. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend this company or products more highly. I ordered online, was contacted to go through the order, sent fabric samples which were great and initiated a change of colour choice for room. The delivery and installation happened within three weeks from placing the order, with the team being extremely professional and courteous. The beds are beautifully finished and look stunning. Amazing service from the moment the order was accepted. Brilliant communication and delivered right on time. The 2 chaps came out of there way to deliver the bed to us making a special delivery, very clean and even took their shoes off, excellent service. Absolutely in love with the new bed, makes our room look like a hotel, great luxury feel. Also the new mattress is very comfy, which I initially had doubts about when ordering due to being unable to try for comfort, but after the first nights sleep I was easily rested. I find Amore has plenty of color options and designs for everyone, which is a win. Thank you again!!

I ordered online after looking endlessly for a new bed, I was abit skeptical about buying online from a website I’ve never heard of, my bed arrived within 2 weeks and the quality is great the material and colour is beautiful and I get so many comments on how expensive it looks.
