We are the makers. Every order is handmade by our experienced staff at our facility in West Yorkshire. We are also online only. Bed arrived with all parts well protected so there was no damage in transit. Very easy to assemble. I recommend choosing the platform base instead of the wooden slats as assembly is much easier. Amore offer the platform option at the same price as the slats unlike other sellers who charge an additional amount. I did not order a new mattress so I cannot make a comment on comfort.
Beautifully stylish and super comfortable exactly as hoped, service was super fast and assembled. We are thrilled and would highly recommend as the built quality is first class
Spent a long time deciding which bed to have as they are all beautiful. Ordering was easy using the swatches available as a colour guide. There was a few hitches with delivery but when it arrived the delivery guys were lovely and it was assembled really quickly. Quality is fabulous, we are really happy....ordered a matress too and so far so good! Thank you !

Great customer service, I even got a call to confirm the order initially! I even asked within the same day of ordering if I could swap the bed size and as I was so quick to ask, there with no hassle in them changing my order for me and sorting out the payment accordingly.
The customer service was great, especially Keira who answered all my (many) questions also! She talked me though the order to make sure everything was correct and the bed was even fitted in my room without me having to lift a finger as I added the assembly option to my order. I have to say we had an amazing service. Everyone have been so kind and helpful and really just amazing. We ordered the Marilyn ottoman bed in super-king with a luxury celebration 2000 mattress also super king. It has to be the most nicest bed I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. I’ve always wanted a high off the floor bed being 5ft 3.5in it doesn’t take much but this is a climb in job which I absolutely love. I’m in my late 30s and this is like a childhood dream to own a bed that reminds me of something you would see in the films growing up the huge climb in bed (sad I know but I love it) My husband loves the bed considering he have never wanted a softer mattress he loves it and finds it hard to get out of bed same as me, and it’s a pleasure to dress the bed and make it look amazing to get into every night. The bed is great so much room for storage and amazing even when the bed is made it doesn’t disturb the bed my lifting to go in there which is great. The delivery guys were great both of them really great really friendly and chatty and worked so quick to put everything together considering they had been on the road from 4am they were awesome. Keep up the good work and thank you again definitely be ordering another 2 beds as our children have fallen in love with ours xx
