Amore delivered my bed today at 12:30pm, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. Graham and his colleague arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout, and set the bed up efficiently and neatly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. We love our new Super King ottoman bed. The bed is great quality, we love the fabric and the storage underneath is fantastic. I loved that you could order fabric patch tests to help us to decide exactly what colour we wanted before making the purchase. The bed didn’t take too long to be delivered given we ordered a customised bed frame. Would definitely recommend!!
Lovely bed! I chose the naples cream fabric and it's beautiful. It looks high quality and the studding I opted for around the seams is nicely done (I had concerns it might look tacky, but I think it looks elegant). The bed itself is straightforward to put together, but the pieces are very heavy so needs at least two people. I had issues with delivery not being made on the day that had been arranged, which was frustrating, but this was rearranged soon after. Also, one of the brackets on the bed was bent and wouldn't hold the supporting beam, but I was sent out a new one as soon as I contacted customer service. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I think the bed looks a lot more expensive than it was!
Whole experience from ordering to delivery was perfect. So glad we paid extra for bed to be put together (only negative was that the men who assembled bed left all the packaging behind, didn't ask for bag & piled it in front of bathroom door). Feels like we are staying in a posh hotel & as you can see even Boo cat approves.
Just a stunning bed! It’s always nerve wracking purchasing online without seeing a physical item, but rest assured this bed is incredible! I’d highly recommend ordering the colour swatches to get a feel for the material if you’re unsure.
Super quick turnaround time to make a beautiful bespoke bed. I’ve ordered two beds from Amore, one standard from the website and one bespoke, made to my own specification. I’ve been Impressed with everything, from ordering fabrics, right down to delivery.
How nice to deal with a company who have excellent customer service. Seems rare these days. Great service from start to finish. being able to select from a wide range of nice fabrics was a big draw for me. good correspondence throughout. delivery happened in a reasonable timeframe and the delivery crew were polite, helpful and tidy. The bed frame itself is well made, sturdy and the gas lift works well. Thank you. Would recommend.
Amore service is excellent from samples received through to receiving quality bed. Sample colours are way better than on screen. Amore staff helpful on the phone, communication throughout the order to delivery process also excellent. Delivery on time and delivered by two lovely men, both friendly and very helpful and delivered to bedroom. Glad I found Amore online and very pleased with the bed, it is always a risk ordering without seeing the finished goods but success! I would certainly use Amore again. Recommended.

I ordered a Everleigh Chesterfield Sleigh bed Steel Plush Velvet with the matching ottoman box. Excellent finish and feels luxurious. The delivery and assembly was conducted by two lovely young men, who were very efficient and friendly. 100% recommended.

We absolutely loved our bed, and would really reccomend! Only issue we encountered was a missing button, but this is being resolved shortly! Bed is surprisingly as pictured in advert which I was happy with. Quality so far seems super
