Hi the customer service was great from the beginning I order so much online and never had such good communication, the delivery drivers were great as well, and had to go up 3 floors, only negative and its a small one, I was left with a huge pile of packaging as they left they told me I needed to get rid of it, just would have been nice to have been told that in advance, a)so I could have got some extra strong black bags and b) I would have done it as they unpacked it. But sooo happy with the bed, it looks stunning.

I was a bit suspicious about all the great reviews but I can honestly say my experience was great. Nowadays it's not often you get a delivery where something doesn't go wrong. However, the bed arrived on time and it was perfect. The delivery guys, as everyone says are lovely. The bed was easy to assemble however, some instructions would have been nice. One of the plastic heads on the bolts broke but I was given spares so no big deal. My headboard width was bespoke and it fitted perfectly. Overall really, really pleased. Thank you.

Very good experience. Please with the quality of the bed. The only difficulty we had was trying to fit the foot board end. Would have been helpful if the fixings on the foot board end were pre fitted or pre drilled.
