How nice to deal with a company who have excellent customer service. Seems rare these days. Great service from start to finish. being able to select from a wide range of nice fabrics was a big draw for me. good correspondence throughout. delivery happened in a reasonable timeframe and the delivery crew were polite, helpful and tidy. The bed frame itself is well made, sturdy and the gas lift works well. I opted for a non wide headboard but now I am thinking I should have gone for a wider one lol, I will maybe contact them later on to see if that can be done. Thank you. Would recommend.

Can’t fault anything, the quality is excellent, I am very pleased with my bed. I’ve looked at other beds for same price or more, and it just wasn’t comparable. If I had to buy another I would look here first. I first thought it was a bit on the pricey side, but now it’s here i think it’s worthy of the price tag. I bought an ottoman base, the gas pistons to lift the bed are smooth and make it easy to lift. The material I chose, velvet, feels like good quality and looks good quality. Headboard is solid and stylish and finishes off the look well. Delivery was good, as was the customer support with update
