Amazing from beginning to end. I love my new bed which arrived right on time. The delivery was quick . The bed is beautiful and so is the mattress. The installation was very quick and efficient even my house is renovating was in mess Shaid and Hamza cooperated very well Thank you both of you .I would definitely going to order 2nd bed and mattress for another room also Sarah Customer service helped me so much with all the upgrades thank you Sarah :)
I absolutely love my new bed- the style is lovely, the colour is gorgeous and the fabric is so soft and beautiful! The only issues I have had with the purchase came from it arriving with several small defects (marks and an indent in the fabric). I contacted the team at Amour who offered a small “token” partial refund but given the cost of the bed I didn’t feel this was an acceptable resolution. I also had to chase them regarding the refund 3 weeks after I had first raised the issue. It’s a real shame as I love the bed and would have expected better customer service from the company.

The team at Amore we’re amazing from the start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was super lovely and super helpful! Delivery was super quick which was ideal getting a delivery date way sooner than expected. When the bed was delivered the guys were bang on time, and in and out super quick.
