I have now bought three beds from Amore and each time they have provided first class customer service. They will send out plenty of free samples to allow you to choose carefully and upon ordering online they contact you by phone to go over your order with you and give you a delivery date. Once you have a date you are contacted before that date with an approximate time. Their tracking tool is the most accurate I have seen and you can see exactly where your driver is and his eta. The lads who delivered the bed were polite and respectful. This company have been super helpful from start to finish and it was such a breath of fresh air dealing with them from a customer’s point of view.
Excellent communication from order to delivery. Packaging with care and attention, delivered with courtesy and respect. Easy to assemble. Fantastic quality velvet material manufactured to a very high standard, and looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Amore to anyone.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Samples of fabric were sent quickly, a follow up call confirming my order once it was placed along with an estimated delivery date. I was very nervous buying a bed without seeing it first. I shopped around, got samples from the few places that I’d seen some beds that I liked, and Amore's fabric was a much better quality. I decided to brave it and order the bed I liked. I’m over the moon with it. It came within three weeks, the fabric is gorgeous. The delivery drivers put the bed up for me within half an hour. They were so polite and helpful. I will definitely buy from this company again.
