The actual bed frame is great. But the customer service and delivery service was extremely poor. I had to contact the company several times to find out when my bed would be delivered and was fobbed off each time. It was definitely not delivered within the promised delivery timelines stated on their website (5-10 working days) I was then contacted by the delivery team who originally wanted to deliver the bedframe at 5am. The driver was rude upon arrival and left without fully assembling the bed frame. I was then contacted by another amore customer who the delivery team saw after me. They left part of my bed frame with him, having shared my personal details (home address, mobile number) without my permission. This customer then delivered my footboard the following Monday which was very kind of him. I have emailed the team several times asking for someone to call me back but no one has. So to summarise great product, terrible service! Wouldn’t use them again!

10/10 recommend this bed! The pictures really don't do it justice. Olivia and Leah were really helpful from the start helping me with questions I had. The delivery drivers were amazing an assembled the bed quickly. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Excellent customer service throughout. I was kept informed from the minute my order was placed right up until the bed arrived at the door. Brilliant service provided also by the delivery men who were friendly and polite and gave me a ring to tell me that they were half an hour away also which I found very helpful! Excellent quality, can tell this is going to last me years to come.
