Once bed was ordered. We were kept up to date on the progress and delivery date. Drivers kept in contact of their schedule on delivery day. Wonderful service and the bed is amazing. It is so well made and wonderful quality for the money. Would definitely recommend this company.

From initial sample enquiry vibes were good, samples arrived as advised, customer services were excellent, placed order were a little hesitant as we had not used company before, were contacted prior to order going into production to make sure all was ok, received delivery date with a realistic window and had facility to track drivers, product delivered well packaged and all in order, colour was as seen on sample Swatch, special mention to Mia in customer services who was extremely helpful, would highly recommend company.
