We are the makers. Every order is handmade by our experienced staff at our facility in West Yorkshire. We are also online only. This approach reduces overheads and margin costs usually associated with middle-men retailers. From the phone service received when I had a few questions before ordering, help over the phone when ordering the bed, communication regarding delivery and the unpacking and assembly, everyone was helpful and efficient. The bed and matching blanket box look fabulous and it is very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend Amore.
Always a bit daunting ordering large furniture items online but I'm so pleased with the bed and mattress from Amore. Have had it a few months now, the mattress is firm but comfortable and a good depth. Delivered with care and I paid the extra to have it put together by the chaps that delivered it.

For my birthday present I decided to treat myself. I’d been looking at beds with wide headboards and came across the Amore website After reading the reviews the only decision I had to make was, which one do I choose!! I decided on the’Mary’design and customised my headboard to 6ft, which Amore were happy to accommodate for me. Every thing about my new bed is absolutely elegant including the luxurious velvet used, and a mattress that feels so comfortable. I have a chronic back condition so I really appreciate the advice given to me by James when considering the options. Jade has been a real asset and has extended her customer service to provide such a quality experience The couriers were efficient and friendly and made light work when constructing my bed. I highly recommend Amore, and will definitely encourage others to purchase from them.

This is my second purchase with Amore. I picked the Mary Panelled Stripe bed. The ordering process was easy. Website is clean and easy to navigate around. I received our fabric swatches within a few days which was really helpful in deciding what colour to go for - I went for Mystic Steel. I Love the design and the colour and also paid extra to upgraded to a taller headboard and footboard. Olivia and the rest of the ladies gave me good customer service.

We absolutely love this bed. We were slightly nervous about purchasing due to not having dealt with Amore and not being able to view the bed first. However from the moment arrived we loved it. It feels as good as it looks and just feels like luxury!! My advice to anyone buying this bed is to not scrimp on the mattress, pillows or linen. We really did push the boat out with every aspect of our new bedroom and bed and it feels an absolute joy to sleep in. We got a local Interior Designer to help us choose the bed and overall design so a lot of the credit in making our Amore bed looks and feel so fantastic goes to @lindseyleointerior too.

Bed looks great and is extremely comfortable. Delivery could have been better with all packaging/mess just left scattered across the bedroom. Overall, delighted with the product.

Never seen it
Great Service before you purchase, radio silence once you have paid. Prior to placing an order several of my emails about a bespoke size were answered same day or next day. Placed an order and forgot to use a discount code so was very kindly refunded the difference. Once the order was placed I received an email to say I would be informed of dispatch and someone would be in contact to arrange delivery day. I heard nothing then one day came home from work and the bed pieces had been left outside propped up against my front door. All the pieces had been wrapped very well. When we started to assemble the bed there were 8 black metal rods, as you don't get any instructions we have absolutely no idea where they are supposed to go or what they are for. Google has not helped. I emailed a photo to Amore 23rd April and as of yet have had no reply, cannot get hold of them by phone either. Let's just hope the bed doesn't collapse but lack of contact will stop me from using them again in the future.

Prior to ordering I asked multiple questions and received fast, helpful responses. Received my bed and mattress within their 2-4 weeks timeframe. We bought the Mary bed with a wider headboard, in Naples fabric silver, and it is just excellent for our need. Excellent competitive price and will highly recommend them. Delivered at the specified time and dropped off in the specified room. Not difficult to install but needs two people with the right tools. One of the screws broke but managed to fix it. Friendly staff with excellent communication and knowledge of the products. Will consider them again in our next purchase. we also purchased the signature pillow top mattress too, super comfy. Overall experience from the day we ordered online to the day we got the bed is 5 starts.

This company is absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I cant fault this company in any way. When i first placed my order i forgot to add the storage after a few days i contacted them to change my order without any delays they refunded the full amount and allowed me to reorder the storage beds. Absolutely fantastic experience with Amore. My Mary Bed in Cream Soft Velvet is an eye candy! I can't take my eyes off it. Super comfortable mattress. Their customer service was fabulous when they immediately resolved a small mark that was observed post delivery. They advised me how to clean and the mark has completely vanished! I will certainly be a returning customer. Highly recommend this company!! I truly got what I paid for!!
I never bother to write reviews but this was the best customer service I have experienced and is a genuine review for a bed. Delivery men very helpful and customer service were so helpful and even sent me a personal video to help me set up the bed as I was not ready for it to be installed by the delivery team. So clear and answered all questions I had and the bed is perfect and very good value for money too.

I had an issue with our delivery as we last minute changed the house we were moving into. Amore were amazing, holding back our bed until we were ready for delivery. The 2 guys that delivered were so friendly and professional. I'm so happy with our bed, it's such high quality and looks incredible!!
