my bed is amazing. I am so happy with it! The service also amazing. I was looking for so long at so many different beds and this was always in my favourites. The best service ever. I had lots of delays with renovations on my home. All the team at Amore were so understanding and helped keep my stress levels down. The team who delivered my bed were also amazing. I had no carpets and without even asking they took their shoes off. It was appreciated. If I’m ever looking for a new bed in a different room I will definitely becoming back

Goodness! I have nothing but praise for this amazing bed company. I first purchased a bed from them back in 2020 when refurbishing a basement flat as a stylish Airbnb in Notting Hill, London. It’s a small space and their divan bed was the perfect solution for not making the bedroom look too crowded. All my guests (and there were many) said it was the most comfortable bed they ever slept on and one of the most stylish apartments they’d stayed in. Their style options are extremely wide, the fabrics (though I always chose the same one, even with my second purchase) are great quality and are tasteful. The bed designs are varied and exceptionally solid. Service is impeccable too. Their delivery guys are amazing and nothing is too much for them. They’ll get the bed put together for you in good time. The second bed I ordered was this year in 2022. I chose the same fabric which matched the other as I was swapping the beds around as the flat is now being used by a family member who needs more storage and chose the ottoman storage divan. Wow! It’s so well made and the storage is perfect. I was sent fabric samples again to double check the samples were still matching the original bed and saw some new options too (I was sent some tempting alternatives in case of a no match). The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and my bed was ready with a couple of weeks!!! Communication was impeccable and it came on time.
We thank you for a very quick service as our lovely super king bed was delivered within 10 days of ordering and paying. We possibly had an advantage over your present customers as we'd already seen the 2 beds that my son had bought and we were very impressed with the overall quality. The bed we have purchased is extremely strong and very comfortable (so says my 19yr old son). Buying a bed on-line was not my favourite way as it's advisable to view the quality first but with your beds it's made me so happy that this is what we did and very pleased we made this choice. Very impressed overall with this company from start to finish. Customer service contacted me very soon after order made on-line and confirmed delivery estimate which was well within their stated timescale. They contacted me to confirm delivery date and this was a little earlier than expected which was ideal for me. The delivery driver rang me to confirm time he would be arriving and was very friendly and considerate. Very pleased with the bed ordered. Excellent quality and style. Ordered a bed for our new house. I had a call to say the bed was ready earlier than expected and they could deliver it on our moving in day!! As we were super busy unpacking and moving things to the new house, we weren’t going to be able to take delivery until 5/6ish in the evening and the amazing delivering drivers WAITED 1 hour for us to be ready for them! Couldn’t believe it! They were so kind and understanding, delivered with no fuss & assembled the bed! The bed is gorgeous, well made, no damage. Honestly the best company I’ve come across in a very long time! Thanks Amore!!
The bed arrived in 9 days. The assembly was done professionally and efficiently by the delivery drivers. The colour and fabric is just classy! The company communication was very good and emails answered fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend Amore !
