How are you able to offer better value than the high street and other online retailers offering a similar high quality?
We are the makers. Every order is handmade by our experienced staff at our facility in West Yorkshire. We are also online only. This approach reduces overheads and margin costs usually associated with middle-men retailers. I paid for it to be assembled, but after the mattress was delivered and fitted , it became clear that the frame has not been built correctly. The screws have not been secured into the wood, which has left the frame unstable and uneven. This is unacceptable given that professional assembly was included and paid for. I sent photos in an email about 2 weeks ago and no response
Absolutely love my new headboard. Excellent service from start to finish. I requested samples which arrived very quickly, it was an easy choice, plush velvet grey. Olivia advised that i was able to just have the headboard, as I didn’t need the whole bed. She also checked the type of fittings I had on my own bed, to ensure it would be suitable. I was advised of the delivery date and the courier drivers contacted me first thing on that date, to advise the time window for delivery, which was kept. Delighted with the communication, service provided and of course the beautiful headboard. Thank you to all of the team. I would thoroughly recommend Amore, and I did lots of research of different companies on the internet. Don’t hesitate!
I took delivery of my bed last weekend and I just wanted to write a review to let you know how pleased I am. The bed is absolutely perfect and so well made, it has exceeded my expectations. Amore's customer service and communication has been fantastic (which is a rarity these days and doesn’t go un-noticed!) The delivery drivers were helpful and polite and Amore are crafting a quality product which will be treasured in my home for years and years to come.
Amazing tracking, service perfect and guys who delivered were courteous, polite and helpful. Can not fault anything from pre order questions I had to ordering to order telephone check to communication to delivery. Top class all-round. Highly recommend. Wish I had more bedrooms to use you again!

Love my new bed from this company. The bed looks like a hotel bed and the mattress is very comfortable. The courier team had the bed assembled in no time at all and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Amore for all bed needs.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a new bed. I ordered a new ottoman divan base and headboard over a year ago. I was so impressed I recommend them to my daughter and she also purchased a bed. I really love both beds. Hers is the chesterfield style bedstead (very nice bed) great quality and good choice of fabrics. I decided to go for one of the Art Deco style headboards. The customer service team are great and because it was a special birthday they managed to deliver the bed on that day for me as promised. Highly highly recommend!
