We are the makers. Every order is handmade by our experienced staff at our facility in West Yorkshire. We are also online only. We're really very pleased with our new bed and mattress, the bed looks gorgeous and the storage is excellent. Best of all the mattress comfort is amazing, so blissful to sleep on! Refreshingly excellent service from my very first contact. It's true to say this company not only aspires to give exemplary service, but actually surpasses that!!! In this age of technology it is easy for companies to become distant from their customers. How many of them have no contact numbers that only reinforce the remoteness. Not Amore. The customer treated like he was their only priority. A bed made to order - not on a ship from China. The bed duly arrived last night. Delivery drivers worked a miracle to get the bed into a cramped bedroom, past a stair lift and all with a smile and that very same commitment to excellent customer service. An hour and a half later - at 8:30 pm the bed was assembled. And what a fantastic beast it is. Craftsman made and designed and will surely give decades of use. I'll end by saying, Amore are a rare thing these days. A beacon standing head and shoulders above the mediocre. Take my word for it - buy a bed and be amazed at the quality, service and friendliness of the employees.

Great experience start to finish. Bought a super king ottoman bed and delighted with it. Choose the base and headboard, ordered material samples and once placed received the bed weeks earlier than scheduled. Need seems really well made, love the material and the delivery guys took it upstairs and built it. Really can't fault anything, process was super smooth and there is a great selection of materials and styles that can be mixed and matched, would definitely recommend.

the bed was nice, more a less what i expected. only downfall is one corner is not level/flush with all other corners and the piston gas lift do not seem to be working despite forcing it. informed company and they want us to put the mattress on to see it for themselves, which is a bit of a pain. thought company would have sent a replacement after sending them videos of piston not pushing through.
