Absolute 5 star rating from start to finish! Staff so so helpful in every way, from making my order, to payment, and delivery! I was so nervous about ordering a bed on line but staff made sure they explained everything fully & it was an easy decision for me, I was recommended by my sister & I would definitely recommend to others! Bed is so well made, choice of colours is great, couldn’t be happier! Other companies need to take a leaf out of their books!
So happy with the bed i ordered - always slightly nervous when ordering a bespoke piece on-line, but I would be more than happy to recommend this company & their products. I am over the moon with my recent purchase with Amore! I went for the Reagan bed with the 54” headboard in Soft Plush Grey :) I first of all ordered fabric samples and they arrived the next working day (very impressed), my questions were answered by both Kiera and Hollie, they were a massive help!! I received a courtesy call from Leah after my order was placed to go through everything to make sure it was ok before my order was sent to production. When my bed was ready I was contacted by amore to arrange a delivery date and all was booked in! My bed arrived within a week, the couriers were both really friendly and had my bed assembled in my room of choice so quickly. The quality of the bed is fantastic, the detailing is incredible and is worth every single penny in my opinion!!! Thank you so much Amore, very very impressed with the service and hope to place another order shortly for another bed for my spare room :)
6 stars ....if possible. Excellent quality and excellent service from start to finish. Amore made our tall headboard in 2 pieces to overcome the problem of access at no extra cost. The delivery drivers helped me get it through staircase. They are absolute stars and everyone in the company goes above and beyond. I just wish more companies offered this level of service. The quality is superb. Thank you Amore.
Ordered a bed from Amore and couldn't be more pleased with the service. A few days after ordering, I received a call confirming the model, size, and fabric. I was given a delivery date (just a few weeks!) and told I could expect a call the day before giving a more specific time. Sure enough, received a call giving a more specific time, and another call from the delivery team when they were 30 minutes away. This helped me sort my morning calls and other duties. The two gentlemen who moved the bed in also set it up. They took off their shoes without being asked and manoeuvred the pieces (it was a super king) around all our corners with nary a scratch on the wall. Highly recommend.
Incredible quality bed!! We bought this bed with the added lift up storage and it is incredible. The quality is amazing and the added storage is insane - would highly recommend getting that! The company were so helpful as I was trying to decided what bed to go for so had lots of questions and they got back to me quickly and helped me pick the this style and I am over the moon with it! I also have their footstool now and ADORE it! Again - incredible service and the quality is amazing. I have recommended this company to many people and will continue to do so. I can't wait to have a bigger home so I can get more luxurious beds from AMORE!!
I really could not recommend Amore enough, both for the product and the service. I ordered a bed on the 12th September, I received a call within a few hours acknowledging the order and checking that I had received a swatch and was happy to go ahead with the selection I’d made. Bed was delivered on the 22nd September. Communication was fantastic throughout and I was kept informed of the delivery date and received a call from the drivers on the day advising that they would be with me within the hour. They were very conscientious and considerate. I’m delighted with the bed, exactly as I expected if not better and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Amore again.

Placed my order with Amore and first of all received a confirmation call from customer services which I thought was a lovely courtesy. I needed to make a few changes and they were very helpful to do that for me. I received my delivery 2 days ago, from placing my order to delivery it took about 2 and a half weeks, which was great. The couriers were two friendly guys and kept me updated throughout. Quality is really good, looks absolutely stunning in my bedroom with a 70 inches headboard. Fabric looks gorgeous, I chose the Chenille fabric in Cream. Very impressed with Amore's professional service and I would not hesitate to order with them again.
